So many of us work around tight schedules not to mention tight budgets. It is very important to have a schedule upfront as well as knowing the important details of a show. I just got home from taking down my artwork at a show in DC. This show was one of the most disorganized events that I have taken part in. In the early stages it seemed to be well put together. There was a meeting and email chains with information. This soon changed to emails not making it to everyone and important information being left out or changed constantly.
